  1. General information
    1. OMG! ohmygolf.at® (short: OMG!) is a supplement for golfers to an existing membership in a regular golf club or with the Austrian Golf Association (ÖGV) or an international counterpart recognized in Austria. OMG! would like to make access to golf easier and affordable. By providing the services on the Internet at the web address www.ohmygolf.at, golfers benefit from reduced green fees provided by participating golf clubs.
    2. OMG! provides its services subject to the following general terms and conditions (GTC), which the user accepts either by downloading and/or registering to use the services. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the data protection provisions integrated into the General Terms and Conditions are also recognized.
  2. OMG! Handy©App scope of services
    1. With online payment and use of OMG! At the currently valid tariff, golfers can take advantage of the advantages offered in the respective calendar year. It is not possible to claim without a valid ÖGV membership (or equivalent membership in a non-Austrian association). In addition, golfers accept the terms and conditions of OMG! or the clubs giving the advantage, in particular any handicap restrictions for the use of the golf course.
    2. The advantages/green fee reductions apply to the registered golfer, must be proven by means of an online voucher on the mobile phone and are not transferable.
    3. OMG! acts as an intermediary for the advertised discounts, which are offered by its partner golf clubs as stated on the internet platform. Percentage discounts/discounts apply to the full price of the service offered. Before use, for example when booking a tee time, the golf club providing the benefit must be informed about the use (mention of the use of “OMG!”), which ultimately decides availability. OMG! is not liable for changes in the scope of services or for a certain number of offers, does not provide any compensation if use is impossible for whatever reason and assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind, including theft/loss of equipment and personal items.
    4. A combination with other vouchers, discounts and other discounts is not possible.
  3. Liability
    1. The use of OMG! is dependent on advance services from third parties, in particular on the availability of an online connection and others. assumes responsibility for these advance services OMG! no liability and/or warranty.
    2. OMG! assumes no liability in the event of non-performance due to a change of owner/operator, insolvency of the partner company, violation of the partner club's house rules, weather or availability of time slots.
    3. Changes, mistakes and misprints are reserved. The information provided by the clubs providing the benefit applies, and they are solely responsible for their content.
  4. Payment
    1. The payment on OMG! takes place online. An invoice is issued electronically. Announced prices include the applicable statutory sales tax.
    2. Payment for the services used is made in the club giving the benefit.
  5. privacy terms
    1. If the user OMG! If you want to use services without restrictions, full registration is required. This includes the following information: first name, cash on delivery, email and, if applicable, date of birth, telephone number and home address.
    2. The email address and password are also log-in data for logging in OMG!. Important changes will also be communicated via email OMG! Or the terms and conditions/data protection regulations concern you.
    3. It is expressly agreed that the information under point 5.1 is required to register with OMG! data provided by OMG! collected, processed, transmitted and used to establish contact in the event of consultations or transmission of a data OMG! Newsletter may be used. In addition, data is only passed on to the golf clubs that provide benefits. Without this data release, it is not possible to claim and verify the authorization. The golf clubs that give the benefit may only use this data for verification and sending their own newsletters, but as well OMG! do not pass it on to third parties.
    4. According to the data protection regulations, every user must receive free information about their stored data. If the user has questions about the collection, processing or use of his data or would like the data to be corrected, blocked or deleted, this can be done at any time at birdie@ohmygolf.at is possible.
  6. Changes to the terms and conditions
    1. The General Terms and Conditions and any amended provisions come into effect when they are published on the website www.ohmygolf.at. Consent is deemed to have been given either by downloading and/or registering to use the services by the user.
  7. Final provisions
    1. All image and text material, website, app, etc. are protected by copyright, as are the logo and brand. Any use is expressly prohibited.
    2. Austrian law applies.
    3. For all disputes arising from the legal relationship, the materially competent court in Vienna is exclusively responsible.
    4. Severability clause: The illegality, invalidity or ineffectiveness of provisions of these terms and conditions does not affect the legality, validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The ineffective or invalid provision is replaced by a provision that, as far as possible, achieves the same effect as the omitted provision.
