How do I buy the digital voucher book?
- On "Buy voucher book" click and pay easily and securely online.

How do I redeem a promotional code?

In the course of the online purchase, click on the note after the "Payment" step "Add Promotional Code". Insert it here and click on "Apply".

There are two of us and we only have one email address, can we share an account?

Simply buy 2 voucher books for the same account and generate and show 2 vouchers in a row in the golf club.

Do I get additional vouchers from new clubs during the season?

Yes! Another PLUS at ohmygolf.at: If a new golf club is added, you will receive these vouchers AUTOMATICALLY and FREE in your voucher book.

Can I buy a second voucher book?
- Very gladly! If you already have a digital coupon book, go in a logged-in state click "buy", complete the process as usual - the new voucher book will be automatically added to your account.

How do I book my tee time?

As usual online or by phone. in the club.
add "OMG!" in the comment field of the booking system.
Note the permissible booking lead time on the voucher.

How far in advance can I book tee times?

Please note the information on the vouchers. Depending on the offer, you can book from 7 to 2 days in advance.
When booking"OMG!" (comment field) or add it when booking by phone.
Please make sure that you make a booking in the authorized period (e.g. validity from a certain time). Otherwise the voucher will not be accepted!

How do I redeem my digital vouchers?

1. Reserve tee time as usual.
2. When you arrive at the club, log into your account on your mobile phone, click "Redeem vouchers" and select the desired golf club and voucher.
3. Click on "Call up voucher" and when you check in are ready click on "Redeem voucher now" -> DThe voucher is shown on the mobile phone display.
3. Now you can show the voucher on the display and pay the remaining amount and the Present your ÖGV or Club card.

How long are my vouchers valid?
- All digital vouchers are valid for the season in which you bought them (until December 31.12). Vouchers cannot be redeemed if space is blocked (tournament, weather conditions, etc.).

How do I pay my green fee?
- As usual in the club secretariat - you will receive your special price on presentation of your digital voucher on the mobile phone display.

What happens if I forget my mobile phone/the battery fails?
- No voucher - no advantage. If you previously clicked on "Redeem voucher now", the GC will receive a confirmation email at the same time. Ask for it, then it might still work. If you did NOT click on "Redeem voucher now", the voucher was NOT redeemed and you can still use it.

Do I also receive my vouchers in paper form?
- In terms of sustainability, the vouchers are only available digitally.

Do I have to be an ÖGV or club member to join OMG! to play?

An ÖGV membership or other recognized membership in a foreign golf association (e.g. DGV) is a basic requirement for the right to play in golf clubs in Austria (except public courses). The club office can request the association or club membership card to be presented at any time.

What is the OMG! Guarantee?

If you have purchased a digital voucher book and have not redeemed a voucher, then that is sad. The OMG! Consolation Patch guarantees you full credit for next season. Unique? We say - easy OMG!

What does -xx% on a green fee mean?
- The basis for the discounts offered is the respective full-price tariff. A combination with other discounts or already discounted tariffs is not possible.

What does 1+1 free green fee mean?
- Two players in the same flight play for the price of only one green fee. The basis is the daily green fee. No combination with other discounts or promotions.

How do I give away a digital voucher book?
- In the menu, select "Buy a gift voucher' and fill out the form. After payment, you can print out the gift voucher immediately as a Print@Home or send it as a PDF via email. There is a code on the gift voucher that the recipient enters and can then immediately use their personal digital voucher book.

Are digital vouchers transferrable?
- The vouchers are not transferable. It is at the discretion of the clubs to ask you to present your ÖGV ID card (possibly + photo ID) when redeeming it.

Can vouchers be redeemed or combined?
- A cash payment, the use of several vouchers at the same time or a combination with other offers is not agreed.
